Career and Life Coaching
My Approach

I studied in the Flourishing Center under the Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania and creator of the acclaimed Certification in Applied Positive Psychology, Emiliya Zhivotovskaya. It was there that I acquired my coaching skills and saw rewards for my work in psychology and education. I founded Antonina Musenko Coaching and Consulting for those who desire to create and achieve the vision for their personal and professional life. I truly believe that career and life coaching should evoke a deeper sense of personal power and that this is the difference that makes us achieve our goals. I enjoy trying different methods with different people to make the experience unique to you and explore the power inside of you. The PERMA - V technique ( Positive emotion • Engagement • Relationships • Meaning • Accomplishments • Vitality) creates exclusive support and empowers you to make your stronger and your sense of personal brand.

As your coach, you can expect me to:
1. Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you
2. Provide safety, encouragement, and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
4. Expand your view of what is possible and promote the discovery of new insights
5. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
7. Be an ongoing resource for you in accomplishing your intentions
